OK!!! Here it is!!
What we’ve all been waiting for with bated breath.
My 1st week update after starting on my weight loss journey last Sunday 13th October.
After weighing myself on my faithful bathroom scale I’ve got the results of all my hard work for the past week.
And the magic number folks is… 2 !!!
Yes indeed… I GAINED 2 lbs after exercising for a week to lose weight. I now weigh 290lbs after weighing in last week at 288lbs!
But never fear my fine-feathered friends this is only the beginning! There is a long and exciting road ahead of us and I intend to WIN at the end of it!
Come March 2014 I WILL weigh a lean 188lbs of muscle!
I expect to lose 100 lbs over the next 5 months at an average of 20 lbs per month starting this month October 2013 and culminating in March 2014.
I will continue to keep you updated here on my Blog!
I’ll take progress photos and publish them at least once per month and weigh myself and publish the results weekly with the occasional update during the week as well!
