Hey Friends and Fam, Here’s my 1st oh-ffice-see-al update since re-starting my sojourn to regain my “Sex Symbol” status. (LOL) I officially started the process on May 24th so today (June 10th) is Day #17 of my Pilgrimage of Diminishing Girth and I am happy to say that according to “Fred” I have shed exactly 5 lbs since starting on my new journey last month. For those of you who don’t know, “Fred” is the name I dubbed my Bathroom Scale. I searched for the blandest, driest name I could find since I don’t think it likes me very much and I wanted to return the favor! Anywho, I’ve lost 5 glorious, wonderful pounds so far and I am psyched. I did some research on weight loss and I found all this cool stuff online about BMI and Body Fat Percentages, etc. So, I’m going to share what I’ve found with you.
