My first update after starting my Weight Loss Journey on Sunday 10/13/13!
We live in an Apartment Complex on Florida’s Treasure Coast so I’m using the stairs in my building to get my Cardio Workout!
The Complex has it’s own Gym but after an objective comparison I’ve foundĀ that walking up and down those stairs could be much more of a workout than anything the Gym has to offer.
There are two flights of 15 stairs up and down so that’s a total of 60 stairs which provide a very decent beginning workout.
As my condition improves I’ll just use them as warm-up for a more taxing workout!
Are we having fun yet?
